- To promote sports activities, social and charity activities among members
- To develop understanding and friendship through sports activities, social and charity activities among members and MOSTI agencies
- To form and manage a fund to support its sports activities, social and charity activities
- To provide a recreation threat for Ministry’s officers and staffs
