BACKGROUND

Evaluation Unit is responsible to coordinate the outcome evaluation and impact studies of development programmes/projects that have been implemented by the ministry.

Mr. Zalaludin bin Abdullah started his service at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) on 1st December 2006 and is currently the Deputy Under-Secretary of Planning Division, Strategic Planning Section, Evaluation Unit.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. He started his service in 1983 in the government sector as Diplomatic and Administrative Officer at Ministry of Works. During his 28 years in service, he has served ministries and departments namely the Public Service Department, Ministry of Information, Prime Minister Office and Malaysian Federal Court.
