PRIVACY
The PRIMTECH application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), is an application developed for officers (hereinafter referred to as "Users") at MOSTI Headquarters to facilitate users to view their respective attendance records and also confirm the attendance of officers under supervision by using smart phone. The application can be downloaded on Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei Gallery. The Government ensures that the personal information collected is in line with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709).
PERSONAL INFORMATION
This application will not record the user's personal data except with permission and given voluntarily by the user. The information provided by the user is used for the purpose of access to the Attendance Module in MOSTI's Integrated System (MIS). This information is not shared with other organizations for other purposes unless specifically stated.
INFORMATION DISPLAYED
a) This application only displays existing records from the Attendance Module in MOSTI's Integrated System (MIS).
b) The data displayed is as follows;
i. Username
ii. No. Identification Card
iii. Email
iv. Division/Unit
c) The data displayed will not be used for any purposes other than those mentioned above.
d) The data displayed will not be disclosed to any third party or transferred to a place outside Malaysia for commercial purposes.
EFFECTS IF PERSONAL DATA IS NOT AUTHORIZED
If the data provided is insufficient or unsatisfactory, then the user's application or request for any of the above purposes is not accepted or acted upon or the use of the services offered by the Application may be rejected or affected.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The data displayed by the Application will be stored in accordance with this Privacy Policy in accordance with any applicable laws that may be in force from time to time.
DATA SECURITY
The application implements security features that comply with global standards to protect the confidentiality and security of user information.
CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
